The company was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under License No. CS200513997 on August 17, 2005. We are also licensed with the Bureau of Food and Drugs (BFAD) to operate as a food trader, distributor, exporter, and wholesaler under LTO No. RDI-MM-FE/W-3051, and to operate as drug distributor and wholesaler under LTO No. RDI-MM-DW-1877.
The management group is composed of professionals who acquired a wealth of experience working with multinational pharmaceutical companies and other related fields. The products are toll manufactured by Hizon Laboratories, Inc.
