  FREQUINTLY ASK QUESTION:


  01- RESERVATION:

   It is not REFUNDABLE but is it a part of down payment.

   Buyer can transfer reservation and down payment to another person or unit provided under

   same agent,developer and same price is higher than the old unit,all payments made will be

   duly credited in the new owner/choosen unit,walang penalty or mababawassa payment acount

   at nasa downpayment period pa,just pay php 3,000.00 as transfer fee.approval maybe in

   2(two weeks).

   Reservation discount paid during promo period cannot be transferred to another unit or owner.

   Reservation will expire with in 45 days.its very important.buyer pays her first equity or down

   payments.in case of delayed payment a letter of request asking aproval for delayed payment

   must be fax to profriends before due date of first equity.

   Hit dates are only 5"th day of the month.



   02- MONTHLY DOWNPAYMENT:

  

   1- First down payment will stert 30-45 days after you paid your reservation.

   2- Must attache letter of request to start on DOWNPAYMENT on second option date,wether from

      5"th to start on the 20"th to start on the next 5"th date of the month.

   3- Hindi po sabay ang ang pagbayad ng reservation at first downpayment.

   4- Very important that buyer pays her first down payment on time.

   5- Buyer can delay payment up to two months.

   6- Buyer can atill delaye payment up to 3months or more as long as buyer fax a letter

       of request asking approval to pay past due account with penalty is computed at 1/10

       of 1%.

   7- Example: Monthly down payment is php 21,500.00 penalty is 21.50 /day only multiplied by 

       no. of days. 


      Monthly amortization:

    1- First Amortization will immediately start after you have fully paid the down payment

       regardles if loan has not been taken by pag ibig

    2- Amortization term can be changed only during downpayment period.

    3- hindi magsasabay ang monthly downpayment at monthly amortization.

    4- start of amortization payment cannot be extended or  moved.

    5- But buyer can request to pay the first down payment on the next month.

   

      No Hidden Charges: 

  

         FROFRIENDS does not charges MOVE-IN fees.

         Buyer will apply and can only apply apply WATER and MERALCO connection after house is

         turn over and accepted.

        

         WATER - Estimate cost for water connection is php2,500.00 (deposit and meter)

         time table is 1-2 weeks from application date cost may vary depending on choosen

         project.

    

          MERALCO - Estimated cost for electrical connection is php2,700.00 (deposit and meter)


          CONSTRUCTION BOND - Is required by PROFRIENDS only if buyer construct improvement

           (tiles,fence,balcony) after house is accepted.Estimate amount is (5,500.00 to 10,500.00)

           depending on project you choosen.This bond will for any damages (should there be any)

           during construction of improvement period.Bond will be refunde if there is no damages

           done during construction.
