1. How do I send documents and parcels?

You may call our office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays and 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Sundays on our landlines and emails. FIASMMS are very grateful in helping you.

3. How can I contact door to door and schedule for a pick up?

4. What is your cut-off time for scheduling a pick-up?

Bookings should be made before 9:00 AM for same day pick-up and delivery. Bookings made after 9:00 AM will still be picked up the same day but delivery will be made the next day.

5. Is there a maximum number of document or parcel per pick up?

There is no maximum number of documents and parcels that you can send.

6. What is the maximum weight that I can send?

You can send up to 3kg. Our couriers bring their own weighing scales so your documents and parcels can be weighed upon pick up. Weight is determined by either actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

To compute for the volumetric weight, formula is: length (cm.) x width (cm.) x height (cm.) / 3500

(Example: 10cm x 10cm x 8cm/3500 = 0.23 kg.) Weight up to 3kg the following payments as follows;

Within Metro Cebu /Booking Made before 9:00am = P50.00 To be pick-up/ deliver in the same day
Within Metro Cebu /Booking Made after 9:00am = P100.00 To be pick-up in that day/ deliver next day
Outside Metro Cebu =P150.00 To be pick-up in that day/ deliver next day
Neighboring Island of Cebu =P200.00 To be pick-up in that day/ deliver next day

NOTE: More than 3kg subject for additional P20.00 per kg within Metro Cebu, while outside Metro Cebu P35.00 per kg
for neighboring island of Cebu P50.00 per kg.

7. How is payment made?

Payment should be made upon pick up to the Sender , in case receiver has to pay the Sender mention FIASMMS will not engage in CASH but rather prefer in CHECK payable to the sender but with a separate arrangement and shall be agreed by FIASMMS otherwise no payment shall be entertain.

8. Do you accept electronic items?

YES, we accept electronic items. However, you will be required to sign a waiver stating that we are not be liable for any damage as our couriers are not trained and equipped to test if said items are in its proper working condition upon pick up from your end and that we are only liable for lost items.

9. Is there a need to state the declared value of the item?

YES. Should shipment get lost in transit, the basis of the amount to be refunded is the declared value of the item.

10. Are there items that are prohibited?

YES, there are items that are prohibited such as narcotics, perishable goods, live animals, flammable and combustible items.

11. Do you deliver on holidays?

YES, we deliver during holidays except ion of Good Friday, All Saints Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. But in consideration for reasonable causes such as accident, bad weathers & other unforeseen delays. However FIASMMS will advice our subscribers in such cases that we need to schedule our delivery particular those outside Metro Cebu.

12. What suggestions can you give in order to have a problem-free transaction?

To avoid unnecessary delays in the delivery of your transaction, we would like to recommend the following:

• Choosing your Recipient – Choose a recipient who is physically and legally capable of receiving the document or parcel.
• Acceptable Recipient ID’s – Choose a recipient who has valid identification documents such as:

- Passport
- Driver’s License
- Company ID with picture
- Government-issued ID cards with picture i.e. SSS, TIN

• Recipient Address – Be sure to give us the CORRECT, COMPLETE and EXACT ADDRESS of your recipient to avoid delays in the delivery of the document or parcel.

• Recipient Contact Number – Landline or mobile phone numbers are important in case there is a need to verify the address of the recipient.
