TRAINING and QUALITY ANALYST • Qualification: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field. • At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably experienced in specializing in Training & Development, Coaching or equivalent. • Full-Time position available • To start on or before April 21st, 2014 Job Description: • Monitor and assess calls, chats, messages and emails to ensure that quality standards are met and in accordance to the policies and guidelines of the TQA department • Provides coaching/training to agents as needed • Coordinate with Team leads on their training and quality needs • Processed weekly/monthly reports with accuracy and sensitivity to details • Proactively deploy and implement strategic training and quality programs Interested applicants can apply soon!
