1. limestone / lime method
In flue gas desulfurization process of lime stone, the main use of fineness of 200-300 limestone powder mixed with water after made of limestone slurry, and then conveyed to the absorption tower, then spray atomization device through the contact with the flue gas, and absorbing flue gas, so as to achieve desulfurization. The process needs to be equipped with limestone crushing and chemical pulp system. Because of the low activity of limestone, the desulfurization process should be improved by increasing the spray amount of the absorption liquid and the liquid gas ratio, so as to ensure the desulfurization efficiency. Lime method is used to replace the limestone powder, lime powder activity is much higher than the limestone, can improve the efficiency of desulfurization. The main problem is the existence of lime tower scaling by gas-liquid contactor (or nozzle plate) blockage.
2. sodium alkali method
Natrium alkali method using sodium carbonate or sodium hydroxide alkaline substances such as absorption of SO2 in flue gas, and by-product high concentrations of SO2 gas or Na2SO3, it has absorbent not volatile, high solubility, high activity, absorption system blockage, etc., suitable for in higher concentration of flue gas SO2 waste gas SO2 absorption treatment. But at the same time, there are some difficulties in the recovery of by-product, higher operating costs and shortcomings.
3. double alkali method
[Na2CO3/Ca (0H) 2] is based on the lime method, combined with sodium alkali method, the use of sodium salt soluble in water, in the absorption tower inside the use of sodium alkali absorption SO2. Absorption of the desulfurization solution in the regeneration tank using cheap lime for regeneration, so that the sodium ion energy recycling. The process is based on the characteristics of the synthesis method of lime and soda. It mainly solves the problem that the lime method is easy to scale in the tower, and has the advantage of high efficiency of the sodium alkali absorption method.
The desulphurization byproduct is mainly calcium sulfite or calcium sulfate (after oxidation). Compared with the Magnesium Oxide method, calcium salt is not contaminated, so it does not produce waste residue of the two pollution.
