TxtSchool is a PC-based electronic messaging system utilizing
the ubiquitous Short Message System (SMS).
TxtSchool comes in two editions – TxtSchool Basic and TxtSchool
TxtSchool-Basic offers the standard SMS send
outs (text blast) facility. This module enables you to instantly send out all
sorts of messages including the following among others:
messages and course offerings to prospect students;
Announcements and notices to students (i.e.
suspension of classes, enrollment schedules etc.);
Announcements and notices to Faculty members
billing and payment to parents;
school events, meetings, and activities to parents, students, faculty members
officers of Parent-Faculty Association and Student Organizations;
occasion greetings to students, faculty members and employees;
announcements / notices to faculty members, school employees, students,
prospects and public.
One of the important components of the system is the
mobile number database module. This module allows you to build up a large repository
of mobile numbers categorized into: Student, Student Level & Section, Parent,
Faculty, Non-teaching Personnel, Prospect/Public, Parent-Teacher Officer, and/or
Student Officer.Each entry may be tagged as one or combination
of the above categories. Say for example a certain mobile number may belong to
a parent who is also an officer of the parent-teacher association, or a
non-teaching staff may also be a parent, etc.
TxtSchool-Advance offers all the features and
functions of the TxtSchool’s Basic plus an additional system component for
conducting surveys with survey results analysis capability. Preferences of students
