wabi-sabi is your friendly neighborhood noodle house. i wanted an uncoventional approach to eating, from the food, to the way you eat, to the way you interact with the other costumers, to the way you'll feel after eating. the food is our own version of the things you see and eat in the streets - it's still the familiar noodles and sandwiches but with a vegetarian twist - that's the food. the way you eat - our menu is very simple - you eat the noodles we have for the day, you can shout out the orders from your table, sometimes you have to get the food by yourselves, when we run out of stock we close for the day. the way you interact with the other costumers - i want it to be a friendly, democratic place where you can be yourselves, bump into other costumers, listen to their conversations, sometimes join in.
