Sales Rain BPO, an international call center company located in Makati and Eastwood City of Metro Manila, has a unique mission - to provide value, savings, service, and cultural proximity to the Filipinos living in North America. The U.S. and Canada are nations of immigrants with a great diversity of origins. Clients come to us because they know we are one of the very few call center organizations that specialize in providing expert delivery of processes to the ethnic communities in North America. Through our worldwide call centers located in the Philippines, India, the Middle East, and South America, we are able to serve these ethnic communities in their native language and with an understanding of their unique cultural background. There are almost 3 million Filipinos in North America. Whether it is about helping Filipinos to save money on the products and services we offer, or customer service when they desperately want to speak to someone who can really understand them, we are effective because we connect to their hearts by speaking their language and providing the services they needed. While some call centers attempt to conceal their location in the Philippines, we use our location as a means to help bridge the gap of ethnic divisions around the world. Through these missions, we actively seek people who may not have extensive call center industry experience, but are talented, committed, loyal, and willing to learn. We provide extensive training on North America demography and culture, and equip them with the tools and skills to be successful in meeting both the company's mission and their own professional goals. We hire people from provinces and from all background, and proudly watch them as they grow and succeed. Through our new 500-seat call center setup in Eastwood City, we plan to offer a Virtual Secretary service to our Filipino friends in North America. For a few hundred dollars a month, Filipinos in the U.S. can hire a virtual secretary in the Philippines who will work hand in hand to assist them in their daily administrative task and help their business grow. Companies and customers do business with us primarily because of the people we have, not just the products and services we offer. I am not a Filipino by origin, but I am proud to be part of this wonderful country and its amazing people.
