About the Exam:
This 3-day classroom training course includes an exam, which will be held on the afternoon of the 3rd day. The exam is accredited by LCS examination institute.
Includes a sample exam and preparation to re-enforce the knowledge gained.
The format of the examination for this program consists of a closed book paper of 40 questions, to be answered within 60 minutes.
About the Instructor:
Your instructor is an IT Service Management practitioner using the ITIL framework for the past 13 years. He is currently an IT Section Manager for one of the largest multi-national consumer goods companies in the world.
Aside from being the President of the itSMF Philippine Chapter, he is a also a Project Management Professional (PMP) and active member of PMI Philippines.
He has trained in Asia, Europe and the Americas on a wide range of topics including vibration analysis, Total Preventive Maintenance, Project Management, Project Risk management, Service Operations to Corporate Athlete (a holistic wellness training course).
He has managed global IT operations and projects for BI (WebOSA, SAP BW), ERP (SAP, Platinum) websites, PLM (R&D, Engineering solutions), Y2K. He was also responsible for consolidating several regional help desks into a single global 1st level help desk.
