I have been in the Security Industry for 17 years now from Security Guard, Supervisor and Training Instructor, Inspector, Admin/Personnel & Legal Officer, Operations Manager, Casino Shift Manager and Ascott Makati Security Supervisor. I give advises on all aspects of Security like guarding, Investigation, and how to manage the Admin/Personnel Department on what to do on hiring and screening of applicants, proper documentation (legal) needed in conducting investigation and imposing disciplinary actions to avoid or winning labor cases and the proper procedure to be followed. I also give advises on how to go about the labor cases filed by guards whether it is advisable to settle the case or forego the same. I also review Security Services Contract if the provisions therein are favorable or not to the Agency and recommend therein some provisions to be inserted to save the Agency from possible payment of h
