WE'VE BEEN HAVING THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY! We paid for our tickets in advance but when the airline cancelled one of our flights, they do not want to rebook us without paying again. This has caused so much stress and anxiety to me and my family; its less than a month before our scheduled departure and wala pa rin kaming confirmed flight until now!
